Loved the hidden breakfast/brunch gem that we stopped at on our way to Red Rock Canyon, NV. It's very hidden with no sign outside. Located on one of the man made lakes. Food was delicious. And our server was adorable. I highly recommend although menu is limited.

This place is too cute!! They have many healthy and filling options. I only had the matcha and it was almost too pretty to drink lol I will come again to try their food. My friends had the açaí bowl, toast, and muffins and enjoyed everything. The service was nice and attentive.

I was in search of a spot that could accommodate a small group meetup and ultimately selected Baby Birds Cafe. The staff was accommodating, but not overly friendly, and allowed us to move a couple of tables together. The cafe has a beautiful view of The Lakes and the red rocks in the distance. It's a great spot for a meetup or just even to enjoy a nice book with a view. It's tucked back in the strip mall and is not clearly marked, however there is ample parking. I arrived first and ordered the Masala Chai latte with almond milk. I didn't realize their drinks were served in mugs instead of normal to-go cups, which they charged $1 extra for. I found that a bit odd to charge extra if you wanted to take your drink to go. Thankfully I planned on staying for a while, so it was a non-issue. The latte art was a cute touch and the chai had some spice, but not as much as you'd expect from Masala Chai. Others in my group ordered various drinks, salads and açaí bowls. They all said the food was delicious and the presentation was really pretty. All in all, this is definitely a cute little hidden spot.

The good: My avocado toast was yummy - substantial enough to be filling, the bread tasty and the side veg and salad were very nice and everything tasted clean. I LOVE that everything is organic as that is so incredibly hard to find in Vegas! The lone waitress was very sweet and ever so careful not to spill the overfilled lattes and cappuccinos so that she tiptoed a couple inches at a time carrying each one, lol. His Protein King smoothie was absolutely delicious. The view of the lake and houses on the water with their moored boats was nice and calming. The padded chairs we sat in were quite comfortable (though other nearby chairs with no cushioning didn't look like they would be). The bad: My taro decaf latte smelled overly sweet but actually wasn't, thank goodness, and I enjoyed the flavor but it came quite lukewarm, not hot, which was a big bummer. The smoked salmon on my partner's toast was low quality and his cappuccino was not only delayed for many minutes after mine but was also very weak and yet burnt tasting. The suggestion: This could be such a good little spot if they fixed just a few things like the coffee temperature/flavor and the decor. The plastic flowers everywhere are just sad and outdated, the floor looks old and tired, and the varnish on the table top had worn off in multiple places which made it look dirty and like it needed wiping. Also, all the signs saying "No" give off a bad vibe: No outside food/drink, No smoking, No this, No that... The food I had was good enough and ORGANIC so I will likely return but we both wanted to tell the owner to polish it up a bit. This is meant to be helpful feedback because we really want you to succeed!!

The food was delicious and had an arthritic ally pleasing look as well. The service was friendly and very quick. They allowed my friend and I to hang and chat for 2 hours after we had our meal there, which was nice. I didn't feel obligated to purchase more things. Their ambiance is perfect for a catch up with a friend or anyone you're looking to just hang out with and have some coffee and a snack. The one thing I wished was different was the selection of pastries available. The desserts on the pictures were not available, just croissants, muffin and danish.

This cafe is a quiet, comforting gem with gorgeous decor, delicious food, and a calming atmosphere. The kind of place I'd love to bring my laptop and spend the day working. Our food and drinks came out fast and were beautifully presented. I want to come back and try everything on the menu.

This is truly the cutest lil cafe and nestled away at The Lakes. I have dined here a couple of times now and just noticed I had not reviewed. This place is specializes in vegan/vegetarian dishes and they serve up some fantastic tea. The atmosphere inside is fairy land/garden setting offering views of one of the lakes in The Lakes neighborhood. Parking can be somewhat of a challenge as the plaza is small so you may have to park away from the restaurant. Most recently I met a friend here for lunch. She decided to order the The Best Tuna toast and I ordered the Harvest Salad. We loved our lunch and also enjoyed sharing a pot of the Lychee Green tea. Other items on the menu are gourmet toasts, salads, acai/pitaya bowls and baby bird cups (breakfast items). Many choices of teas, coffee, lattes etc. Service was friendly and you are made to feel welcome here.

This place is so cute! It's smaller but beautifully decorated inside with flowers all over the walls, and it has a gorgeous view of the lake. Someone came over right when we walked in to offer a highchair for my daughter, which was very much appreciated. Their food menu has salads, acai bowls, smoothies, chia puddings, and muffins and desserts. I had the Energy Toast and all the fruit tasted very fresh. Definitely on the pricier side for one piece of toast, but it was an enjoyable experience. I would come back.
